Online registration is required through our website. Once your account is created, book away!

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled play time.
Refunds will be processed within 45 days.

Please note that BEAM payment gateway fees are non-refundable, and the refunded amount will be the net amount after the fee is deducted.

Refunds are subject to non-refundable payment gateway fees as outlined below:

1. Bank Transfers & QR Payments

QR PromptPay: No fee

Mobile Banking: 0.45% (minimum THB 6)

2. Credit & Debit Cards

Visa / Mastercard: 1.80% – 3.00% (depending on card type and issuing country)

JCB / UnionPay: 3.00%

AMEX / Diners / Discover: 3.40%

3. Digital Wallets

E-wallets: 2.70%

Members and guests have access to lockers, shower and changing rooms, our Pro Shop, parking, and on-site food & beverage outlets.

Yes. Our Pro Shop offers both equipment for purchase and rental services.

Parking is free for the first 3 hours with a validated stamp. Beyond that, a fee of 50 THB per hour applies.

We accept QR code payments, Mastercard, Visa,  and e-wallets (ShopeePay, TrueMoney).

6:00 – 23:00 daily. Further changes on our hours will be announced via line official and FB page.

Proper tennis shoes are required on all courts to ensure safety and protect our court surface.

Our club welcomes small to medium-sized dogs under the following conditions: Pets must remain in designated pet areas or inside a cart/stroller at all times (except in the designated pet zone). Pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse or on the courts. Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior, hygiene, and safety.

Bringing an outside coach incurs an additional fee of 300 THB per hour. Please note that outside ball baskets are not permitted. Alternatively, full coaching services are available through our Smash-it professional coaches.
