Terms & Conditions

1. Court Booking Rules

  • Booking limits:
    • Guests: up to 7 days in advance
    • Members: up to 14 days (2 weeks) in advance
    • Founding Members: up to 21 days (3 weeks) in advance
  • Maximum weekly hours:
    • Members may hold bookings for up to 6 hours per week
    • Founding Members may hold bookings for up to 9 hours per week

2. Usage Conditions

  • Personal use only: Membership benefits are non-transferable. Bookings must be made under the member’s own name, and members must be present on court.

  • Check-in requirement: All members must present their membership card (physical or digital) at reception prior to play.

  • +1 Guest for Founding Members: Each Founding Member may nominate one additional individual by name to play under their membership. This guest does not receive membership discounts, perks, or event privileges beyond court access.

3. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations:
    • More than 48 hours before play: 100% refund
    • Less than 48 hours before play: non-refundable
    • Refunds will be processed within 45 days from the cancellation date.
  • No-shows: Members who fail to attend without notice may have their booking privileges suspended for 7 days. Courts left vacant for more than 15 minutes may be reassigned by staff.

4. Payment & Fees

  • All court fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking (online only).
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Club Events & Privileges

  • Early access and exclusive events are offered on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
  • Founding Members enjoy guaranteed priority access where applicable.

6. Code of Conduct

Ace of Clubs is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. By joining, you agree to the following:

  1. Respect others: Treat fellow members, guests, and staff with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
  2. Fair play: Follow the rules of tennis and demonstrate good sportsmanship both on and off the court.
  3. Court etiquette:
    • Arrive on time for your booking
    • Vacate the court promptly when your session ends
    • Avoid disrupting adjacent courts
  4. Proper attire: Appropriate athletic clothing and non-marking tennis shoes are required on court.
  5. Facility care: Keep club areas clean and use equipment responsibly. Ball carts: Only ball carts with soft or rubber wheels are permitted. Carts or baskets with metal stands or hard wheels that may damage the court surface are strictly prohibited.
  6. Noise & conduct: Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
  7. Alcohol & substances: Alcohol may only be consumed in designated clubhouse areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  8. Guests: Members are fully responsible for the behavior and compliance of their guests.
  9. Health & safety: Inform staff immediately of any accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions. Members participate at their own risk.
  10. Pets: The club is pet-friendly for small to medium-sized dogs under the following conditions:
    • Dogs must remain in designated pet areas and inside a cart or stroller at all times (except in the designated pet zone).
    • Pets are not allowed inside the clubhouse or on courts.
    • Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behavior, hygiene, and safety.
  11. Breach of conduct: Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Club Operations

  • Ace of Clubs reserves the right to temporarily close courts or facilities with a minimum 30-day notice to members.
